Eleanor & Grey, an all-new beautiful and emotional standalone from Brittainy C. Cherry is available now! Greyson East left his mark on me. As the young girl who first fell for him, I didn’t know much about life. I did know about his smiles, though, and his laughs, and the strange way my stomach flipped when he was near. Life was perfect…until it wasn’t, and when we were forced to go our separate ways, I held on to our memories, let go of my first crush, and wished for the day I’d find him again. When my wish came true, it was nothing like I imagined. I couldn’t have known when I took the nanny position that it would be his children I looked after, that my new boss would be that boy I used to know, that boy who was now a man—a cold, lonely, detached man. The smile and laugh I had loved so much were gone, now distant memories. Every part of him was covered in a fresh pain. When he realized who I was, he made me promise to do my job and my job only. He made me promise not to try to ge...

Here's what it's all about: "Started in January 2012, by Karen - For What It's Worth & Tiger - Tiger's All Consuming Media & now co-hosted with my good friend Pam from Midnyte reader, Book Blogger Confessions is a meme that posts the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month, where book bloggers "confess" and vent about blogging/bookish topics. Feel free to share, vent and offer solutions.
Just keep it respectful - no bashing authors or other bloggers!"

I have (sadly) never vlogged. I think I've always been to shy or embarrassed (what if someone walked in while I was filming!?). Plus, since none of my friends (or enemies) read, I'm always afraid that they'll somehow stumble upon a video of mine and judge me for it.
The judgement...I feel it.
Although I would seriously love to try it. I would just need to figure out how to get comfortable in front of a camera and also how to edit.
I have look for two things in vlogs. I either like really funny and out there/crazy vlogging (like: https://www.youtube.com/user/polandbananasBOOKS) or really calm and collected vloggers (like: https://www.youtube.com/user/rinceyreads). Or somewhere in the middle! (Like: https://www.youtube.com/user/ChapterChicks)
Okay so I've debated the whole vlog review vs. written review and I go back and forth. Obviously it takes a lot of time to edit and film a video, but it also takes a lot of thought and time to put together a blog post. I've always felt that with written reviews you have to really know what to say and write and make a good post unlike videos where you can be like "So yeah, this book was good. Um it was about blah blah blah..." Sometimes I think "wow, us bloggers work a lot harder than vloggers" but that's not true if you think about all the lighting, filming, editing, etc. that vloggers have to think about and put up with. While we just sit in the dark, and type to our little hearts content.
I've shared a few of my favorites above but I also like:
